  • Ensure company-wide compliance with lending laws (TILA, RESPA, HMDA, etc.).
  • Lead technology implementation and process optimization initiatives to streamline operations.
  • Represent the mortgage division in executive leadership meetings, reporting directly to the CEO or board.
  • Forecast market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
